This room is where the Kage and their assistant reside, giving missions to ninjas and appointing some of them into Jounins, the room also stores several documents and some rare scrolls that possess unimaginable jutsu's that is forbidden.

ANBU exclusive mission - Only for ANBU's.

S Ranked missions - Only for Jounin's and ANBU's.

A Ranked missions - Only for Jounin's, Special Jounin's and ANBU's.

B Ranked missions - Only for Jounin's, ANBU's, Special Jounin's and Chuunin's.

C Ranked missions - Only for Jounin's, ANBU's, Chuunin's, Special Jounin's, and Genin's.

D Ranked missions - Generally open to everyone except Academy Students.

Note: Only the Kage can give these missions, and if the Kage isn't present then the Kage's heir has the temporary ability to give missions.

Events: A recent event had Kenshin take the position as Raikage, therefore orders comes directly from him.

At the Raikage's office, Kenshin was sitting down on a chair that is adjacant to the desk, looking at his paperwork, an ANBU captain walks in, saluting Kenshin as an acknowledgement of his authority, Kenshin looks up at the ANBU captain with his apathetic eyes, his demeanor calm yet arrogant.
Captain Urawa, this assignment I am about to give you is very important, I need you to kidnap a shinobi in the Leaf that the Kazekage has affections for her, this mission is crucial, we can hold Sunagakure hostage if that was the case, I need you to head to Konohagakure and kidnap this Leaf ninja named Ino, a female descendant of the Yamanaka Inoichi, she owns a flowershop, make sure to kidnap her quickly and quietly as possible, and not in the presence of the Kazekage or else our plans our foiled, and one more thing, I need you to recruit a powerful ANBU captain that is skilled in ice techniques, if he doesn't join, let him know that the position is always open for him, the ANBU captain's name is Ryuke, here are their pictures.
Kenshin hands a photo of Ino and Ryuke's pictures to the ANBU captain, the ANBU captain salutes, teleporting away to gather up additional participants to the mission.

Sasori walks through the corridors on the way to the Raikage's office. He had been told that the man could help him get some of the poisonous flowers he needed.

Stopping in front of the office, Sasori knocked, showing some slight respect for the man on the other side.

Come in. Kenshin said while writing on several documents while sitting down on a desk, most of those documents are assassination orders for the ANBU's, most of those orders are a warrant to kidnap the Kazekage.

Sasori opened the door and stepped into the room before closing it behind him.

What would it be Sasori? Does it have anything to do with the Akatsuki?
Kenshin asked, signing one more paperwork before looking back up at his partner in the Akatsuki that Pein assigned him to.

Poisonous flowers... I need them for my puppets Sasori replied, staring blankly at Kenshin.

Kenshin gestures for his bodyguard to bring him a set of poisonous flowers, the bodyguard teleports away to get the flowers from the utility room, Kenshin looks back at Sasori with a somewhat apathetic face. Anything else? Kenshin asked.

The bodyguard teleported back with a box filled with the most poisonous flowers in his hand, he hands it to Sasori, while Kenshin looks up at Sasori with a smirk behind the mask covering his face.
No, I don't know where he is, though I speculate he is with Pein. Kenshin said.

Sasori took the box and nodded, opening it and looking into it to check if they were real. He didn't want to end up with useless liquids after all.

Is that so he muttered, not really loud enough for Kenshin to hear.

Deidara was currently missing an arm, so he'd have to make the blond a new one. Though he needed to talk to his partner about that.

It is going underway, are you aware that a tournament is going on in Konoha? Because that is when we will kidnap the Kazekage, which is after the tournament, Kumogakure ANBU members will render him unconsious and take him to the cave, simple as that.
Kenshin said proudly since he is the Raikage now and feels they are his property, but he is a usurping Raikage that is.

Sasori nodded before he turned to leave, hand reaching out to grab the doorhandle. He opened the door and walked out, closing it behind him once again.

Quite the smug guy

Kenshin continues to warrant kidnapping orders of the Kazekage and a certain Leaf ninja, stamping the paperworks and signing them with his signature, trying to be done with all those stacks of paperwork early on.

After completing several paperworks that involves declaring war on Konoha, Kenshin stands from his desk, gesturing for both of his bodyguards to come with him, Kenshin then teleports along with his bodyguards, teleporting to the direction of Konoha, his aides already ordering the cloud ninja armies to mobilize to Konoha through the Sound country.
