3)high electrical charge gathers in user's sword(also works with some other similar weapons)
which deals fair amount of damage to the enemy if hit.

3)allows user to manipulate thrown objects (shuriken) while in mid air and enables each to be controlled independantly.

1)raikou no kaiten shuriken (lightning shuriken)

3)allows user to manipulate and electrofy thrown objects (shuriken) while in mid air and enables each to be controlled independantly.

1)raikou no bushi (warrior of lightning)
2)Taijutsu + Ninjutsu
3)enables user to move at high speed, hits are electrically charged but do not cause much damage, mainly used for stunning the enemy.
