3) Bao is able to shape the Lightning Element to form senbon. Though unstated, these needles probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through most anything which stands in its path.

3) Bao is able to use the ellsance of lightning, to flow through his Kitone Sword. Though unstated, this blade probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. This attack may also be similar to Chidori Nagashi, causing the target to go numb from the electrical charge.

3) Sword of Draining is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like a normal blade.

3) Mizu no Muchi is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a whip. The ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip the crap out of little kids.

3) Bao Oki is able to accually form a chidori in his hand, like most Uchiha's can. Its his ANBU squad's leader who has tought Bao to create a fully functioning chidori.

3) The user takes some water, doesnt matter how much, and evaporates it, creating steam and fog around the user. The steam is very thick, enough just to run away from battle.
