Bao smiled down at Crystal as he had his arm around his shoulder. He couldnt wait to show her his hot springs, which hopefully she will enjoy. It wasnt far as they walked together.

Crystal was "looking" straight ahead, Sumiyaka at his perch on her shoulder. He ignored the weight of Bao's arm on his master, grumbling something so that the young ninja had to stroke his neck feathers to calm him down. She didn't speak, just inhaling to "see" the sights all around the pair.

Bao looked at Sumiyaka, and smiled brightly. You have such a beautiful bird. He complimented and said softly, as he then looked straight ahead again, also aware of anything that would try and pop out at them.

Thank you, Oki-san. He is my only friend in this world. I was given him even before I was born. Sumiyaka and I have never been separated.

Crystal answered calmly, a smile crossing over her features as Sumiyaka ruffled his feathers, secretly pleased.

Only friend? What about me, dear? Bao asked jokingly, chuckling a bit and pulling her body slightly closer to him, as they get closer to his house, being able to see it now.

I meant from birth. And our relationship...I do not think that friends would do this. It seems more...contact full.

Crystal wrinkled her nose gently, unsure if that was an actual word. She didn't like to mix up or make up her own words, finding it slightly pointless.

Bao nodded his head in understanding, smiling brightl He pointed forward, to a large house. It had a fence around it, and you could see steam around it also. Here we are. He said proudly, opening up the gate to his house, and guiding Crystal in. He pointed left, showing a tall wall. Theres my hot spring. He told her.

The young ninja sniffed softly, twitching her nose as the smell of steam tickled it. She couldn't see at all what Bao was pointing at, but knew what he meant all the same.

Thank you, I hope you and your bird will like it. He said and then opened the door to his house, letting Crystal step in first.

Crystal shuffled forwards slowly, then when her foot touched the doorstep she lifted her feet to step inside, correcting Bao as she went by him. A small smile played on her features, her tone like that of a mother reprimanding a child.

Not a bird. A falcon.

Oh, sorry, falcon I meant. Bao said and sweatdropped with an embarrassing smile. He then looked around his house, and went into the kitchen, Need anything to drink before we go into the hot springs? He asked

No, I am content at the moment. Besides, I will be warm enough in the hot springs.

Bao nodded his head and then walked over to a entrace with a curtain hanging down from it. He smiled and pulled the curtain to the right, You can get undressed in here. Towels are to the right, and robes are to the left, as the hot springs are in between the racks. Tell me when you are in the springs so I can go ahead and get ready. He told her and smiled.

Crystal nodded slowly, walking in a graceful step behind the curtain. Sumiyaka warbled something, causing the young girl to smile.

Bao nodded and then sat down outside the curtained entrance. He smiled as he folded his arms on his chest, waiting for her to get finished.

A clinking noise could be heard from behind the curtains, then nothing else as Crystal lowered herself into the hot springs gingerly, calling out to Bao.

I am in. Please do not disturb my possessions, Oki-san.

Bao nodded his head and called out to her, You can trust me babe, I wont touch your things. He smiled and then went behind the curtains, getting undressed.

An almost annoyed response came slightly muffled from in the hot spring.

Bao frowned and came out of the hot springs with a towel around his waist, Sorry, no need to shout. He apologized to her in a very honest tone. He smiled and took off his towel, easing himself into the pool of water next to her.

The young ninja's nose twitched gently as she rippled the water with her fingers, tracing her reflection. Sumiyaka perched on one of the rocks, ripping apart a fish with his claws and beak. They both seemed at peace and relaxed, Crystal sinking slower into the water so it almost touched her eyes.

I apologize, Oki-san. The water makes me slightly nervous.

Bao looked over to his side to see Crystal. He smiled brightly and scooted closer to her, gently putting his arm around her shoulder. No need to feel nervous, you can trust me. And believe me, no one can climb over the walls I have bult up for privacy. He reassured her and kissed her cheek.

Crystal turned her gaze on Bao as her eyes widened slightly.

Bao looked back at her, with a reassured smile. Just poor people who cant afford hot spring at their own home. He replied and stroked her hair gently.

Crystal just sank more underneath the water, creating ripples that hid her body from view.

You as well had better not be looking at anything you should not be.

She almost growled. Even though the hot spring was relaxing, Crystal wasn't quite sure what had caused her to share one with another person. And it made matters a bit touchy since this person was of the opposite gender.

Bao stroked her hair and just smiled, he shook his head and chuckled a bit. Im not like those losers that always peep on girls in the hot springs, because I accually have a girl. Im not going to look at anything I shouldnt be. He told her honestly, putting his head on hers.
